What's one challenge that turned out to be easier than you initially believed it to be?

Dealing with coworkers. I thought this would be difficult, turned out that finding common ground first was an easy way to kick off relationships with new people.

Personally, why Tech?

Tech is something I enjoy inside and outside of work. It's more of a continuum for me that I get paid to do.
